The quilts in Art Quilts of the Midwest have been traveling. Organized by our author Linzee McCray, they formed an exhibition this past summer at the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY. Next they will be exhibited at the Iowa Quilt Museum in Winterset, IA. This exhibit will be up from January 28, 2017 through April 30, 2017. From there the works will travel to Texas where they will be at the Texas Quilt Museum in La Grange, TX from mid-June to mid-October.
It is gratifying to see my piece and all the others get such exposure. If any readers are in these areas, please stop in to see the works in person.
